Not sure what to tune in to this weekend? Keep reading…

Do I have to remind you that game 5 of the NLDS is tonight at 8:30? Doc Halladay versus Chris Carpenter. Needless to say, I’ll be pacing for 9 innings.

If you’re a college football fan, this is the weekend of the Red River Rivalry between Oklahoma and Texas…Noon, Saturday on ABC.

The ALCS kicks off in Texas Saturday night. I like the Tigers in 7 games.

Set the DVR for Boardwalk Empire and Dexter on Sunday night…assuming the Phillies open up the NLCS at home.

The big NFL games this weekend: New England hosts the NY Jets at 4:15 and the Sunday night game has Green Bay travelling to Atlanta for a rematch of the divisional playoff round from last year.

If you’re a Sci-Fi geek, AMC is showing all three “Alien” movies on Saturday afternoon starting at 2:30.

Looks like it’s an Indian Summer weekend so disregard all of the above and get the hell outside!

  1. Well so much for the Phillies. Now lets get down to what we all do best. That is exposing, dissecting and finally lamenting our beloved Eagles.Feels like the mid seventies again.

  2. What, no THE LEAGUE on FX?
By far the funniest show on tv.
It’s like being with the Voodoo Brown crew, all ball-bustin.
