Week 9 was a very good one for the Voodoo team, but it was admittedly a pretty predictable week after seeing the results in my personal office pool. I had a 14-1 mark, and lost to someone who had a perfect 15-0 pool… and I even had 42 points as my Monday Night Football total score tiebreaker (game ended with a 41pt total). Anyway, Voodoo’s 14-1 was followed by Mike Angelina’s 13-2 mark. Darren D & Mike Procopio rounded out the week with 12-3 marks.

As we head into the exact halfway point of the season, the Mikes still have plenty of time to turn it around.

HERE ARE THE STANDINGS AFTER WEEK 8:
Voodoo Brown: 77-43
Darren DeGaetano: 76-44
Mike Procopio: 70-50
Mike Angelina: 66-54

Follow a contributor and ride them all season… Good luck in Week 9!

Voodoo Brown
Voodoo Brown started playing fantasy football way back in 1994 — when you had to manually add up scores with the Monday edition of USA Today (yes, that’s how it was done). Since that time, he has amassed 16 championships and 7 runner-ups, with most of his success coming after 2003 (avg. participation of 2-3 leagues per year). These accomplishments are evidence that Voodoo steadily adjusts to the ebbs & flows of the ever-changing fantasy landscape. It’s a different game now than it was in 1994 — hell, even 2004. Rarely finishing as a doormat, Voodoo’s teams are always in the mix.
